RESIDENTIAL

CHS’ Oakland Residential program provides supported housing and services to individuals with a disability who require a supervised living arrangement. The program is designed to assist participants in maintaining housing, becoming actively involved in the community, and working toward self-sufficiency through a strengths-based and harm-reduction service model. Assistance includes financial management, personal growth and development, and social and emotional independence.

CHS operates 2 housing communities in Oakland including a 24-hour full-care facility that provides residents with all meals and assistance with medications.
