COMMUNITY BRIDGE

Community Bridge is a facility-based residential program serving individuals with assistance and supportive services in transitioning from shelter to independent housing within their experience of homelessness.

This vital program provides individuals with the tools to build independence. Participants receive housing and access to resources like job training, transportation assistance, and community engagement activities, all designed to foster their ability to secure employment and maintain stable housing.
