HOUSING & RENTAL ASSISTANCE

We assist individuals over 18 and families who are unstably housed, at imminent risk, or are currently experiencing homelessness by providing support in obtaining and maintaining safe, affordable housing.

ONE TIME ASSISTANCE

One-time assistance programs assist participants with rental assistance and housing stabilization needs. Participants are served with assistance for the initial costs requested by prospective landlords.

PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING

Permanent Supportive Housing programs assist individuals with a disability and families who have someone with a disability in the household and are experiencing homelessness.

Participants work toward self-sufficiency while receiving rental assistance, referrals for necessary resources to maintain housing, employment assistance, and life skills training such as budgeting, making appointments, and addressing their physical and mental health.

RAPID RE-HOUSING

Rapid re-housing is a rental assistance program that aims to bring an individual or family into stable housing as quickly as possible while working toward achieving self-sufficiency and overall stability.

INNOVATIVE HOUSING

Innovative Housing programs are rental assistance programs aimed to assist individuals with special circumstances who are unstably housed, are experiencing, or are at risk of experiencing homelessness. Special circumstances include high hospitalizations and unplanned care rates, transitions from high-cost residential settings to independent living, and experiencing substance abuse disorder.

COMMUNITY BRIDGE HOUSING

Community Bridge Housing is a facility-based community housing program serving individuals with assistance and supportive services in transitioning from shelter to independent housing within their experience of homelessness.

This vital program provides individuals with the tools to build independence. Participants receive not only housing but also access to resources like job training, transportation assistance, and community engagement activities, all of which are designed to foster their ability to secure employment and maintain stable housing.
