HOW TO RECEIVE SERVICES
Community Human Services (CHS) aims to assist individuals experiencing homelessness or food insecurity through 4 collaborative departments, Community Programs, Housing, Residential, and Shelter.
Referrals to CHS’ Housing, Shelter, and Residential programs are assigned directly to CHS by the Allegheny Link.

WHAT IS THE ALLEGHENY LINK?
The Allegheny Link provides Coordinated Entry as the single access point for the Allegheny County Continuum of Care.
The link assists:
Households experiencing homelessness access services such as emergency shelters, rental assistance, or long-term homeless housing programs.
Households experiencing housing instability or eviction with assessments and referrals to prevention services and programs.
With the navigation of affordable housing resources.
With resource connection to all supports and services leading to housing stability.
