Visitors to our website are not required to reveal any information about themselves. Community Human Services collects information that the visitor's browser sends to us which is called Log Data. This anonymous data is used to help improve the design and accessibility of our site.

Donors are required to disclose personal information such as their name, email and billing address when completing a donation to Community Human Services. They may choose to provide additional information such as their phone number, birth date, and company/organization. This information is only used to fulfil your donation and will not be shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.  

We may use the information given to notify you about updates and or contact you for marketing purposes via email and direct mail.

Persons who supply us with their phone number will only receive telephone calls from Community Human Services when appropriate, such as there is an issue with a donation, the donor has won a contest, the donor requested a personal follow-up, or there is further information required regarding the donation.  

Community Human Services will not solicit by phone call. 

Any information given may be disclosed when legally required to do so, only at the request of governmental authorities investigating, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our website and applicable laws, or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our website.

Community Human Services may collect personal information such as name, email, address, phone number, birth date, company/organization if supplied by the user. When processing a donation credit card information and billing addresses are collected. Stored information regarding the donation includes the card type, last four numbers of the card, expiration date, and billing address. This information will not be shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. 

Upon request, we will provide donors with access to all information we maintain about their personal transaction's information including the date of the donation, amount donated, type of donation, and contact information associated with the donation. We offer donors and site visitors the ability to correct any inaccuracies associated with their personal contact information. We have appropriate security measures put in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information we have collected from donors and visitors to our site. Our donation page is a secure site via Bloomerang. We value your trust in providing us with your personal information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.
