The CHS Enhanced Supported Housing Residential Program provides participants with support and opportunities so that they can live successfully in the community with a sense of stability and permanence.
Who We Serve:
Adults with serious mental illness who are in mental health treatment who cannot live fully independently in the community but can live in an apartment setting with support. Residents must be eligible for Section 8 housing.
People who come from more restricted living environments find a home in the community and live full lives as vibrant community members.
