In-Home Services at CHS
The CHS In-Home Services Program provides a variety of offerings to individuals with disabilities living in the community. The services help people retain housing in their communities as long as possible. The services include light housekeeping, basic personal care assistance, chore service, meal preparation, completion of simple errands/shopping, motivation and instruction, and social activities.
CHS also offers a hoarders support group that meets the first and third Wednesday of every month from 10:30am—12:00pm. This group can be attended by anyone and is held at 2525 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh PA, 15222. For more information, please call our Intake Department direct line at 412-246-1640.
