Community Support Specialist II

Hourly Wage: The starting hourly rate for this position is $19.49 commensurate with a candidate’s experience

The Cultivating Health for Success 2.0 (CHFS 2.0) Community Support Specialist II (CSS II) works under the direction of the Director of Housing Assistance Programs to provide housing and supportive service coordination and counseling to the participants of the CHSP 2.0 housing program in concert

The Community Support Specialist (CSS) for the United Way Housing Stabilization Program works under the direction of the Director of Supportive Services to provide case management, service coordination and support to families experiencing a temporary set-back that affects their housing stability.

Annual Salary: $50,000 and full time employment benefits include; Health, Dental, Vision, Generous PTO and Holidays. Life Insurance/STD/LTD and 401(k).
Reports to: Chief Service Officer

Director, Wood Street Programs

Reports to: Chief Residential Officer (CRO)

The Director of Wood Street Programs (DWS) is responsible for the leadership, vision and management of all programs run by CHS at Wood Street.
