Hourly Wage: The starting hourly rate for this position is $18.64, commensurate with a candidate’s experience.
Reports to: Director of Housing Assistance Programs

The Community Support Specialist (CSS) works under the direction of the Director of Housing Assistance Programs to provide service coordination and supportive counseling to the participants of the housing programs.

 

Director of Project Silk

Expected Schedule:
Full Time Monday through Friday 12PM – 8PM
Annual Salary: $50,000 and full time employment benefits include; Health, Dental, Vision, Generous PTO and Holidays. Life Insurance/STD/LTD and 401(k).
Reports to: Chief Service Officer

Immediate need for a full time Director of Project Silk, a recreation based community health space for LGBTQIA youth of color and their support networks.

Director, Wood Street Programs

Expected Schedule:
37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with some weekend and evening responsibilities as needed
Annual Salary: $55,000 per year
Reports to: Chief Residential Officer (CRO)

The Director of Wood Street Programs (DWS) is responsible for the leadership, vision and management of all programs run by CHS at Wood Street.

16-19 hours (8:30 am-4:30 pm Saturday/Sunday, one evening/wk)

RESIDENTIAL SHIFT LEAD

Monday-Friday 11PM-7AM
Reports to: Chief Residential Officer

The Residential Shift Lead (referred to as “RSL”) provides direct, on-site support to staff and residents in a respectful manner while acting as a shift lead on the residential team.
